Important Ordering Information

Due to the high volume of orders, items on average take 1 – 5 business days for processing.

Special Orders

Please note that some items are may take 1 - 3 weeks to arrive from manufactures or our warehouse prior to shipping.

Please note that we endeavour to assist you promptly, but accuracy and procedures inherent to pharmacy operations must be respected. Each order is processed in a cue, and we cannot expedite mail order medication. Special order products are items that are not carried within the pharmacy and must be ordered from suppliers or manufacturers. 

If an order contains product that is not available on location, the order will not be shipped to you until the entire order is complete, unless specifically arranged (an additional shipping fee can be paid to have a partial order sent while waiting for back-ordered items). Please be aware that back orders and special order processing are very common in pharmacy practise. Please e-mail or call us with questions if you have time constraints.



All cancellations requests will be respected if request to cancel or modify an order has been made prior to shipping confirmation, and confirmed prior to dispatch from the pharmacy. Unfortunately, cancellations cannot be accepted after an order has been shipped.


If you have received your items in Canada, please contact us at 1-866-383-6511 if you need to discuss a return or replacement. Please be aware that we generally cannot accept returns on any medical item, medicines, pharmaceuticals, homeopathic remedy, products intended to treat health conditions or items designed to be worn on or in the body. This is to ensure all clients are provided products which are free from tampering, contamination and defects of handling. Returns are accepted only under special circumstances, where error has been made. If you have received a product in error, let us know and we will investigate and address the issue..

Please note we are not able to accept any returns from products which have been shipped outside of Canada. All international sales are final. Losses or damages due to shipping or border inspections are not covered by Aaronson's Pharmacy, or the manufacturer. If damages have occurred, please contact Canada Post, or your Local Postal service. If you require replacement, please inform us by email or indicate the situation in an email and we will arrange a coupon code to reduce the impact of your losses in replacement, as a courtesy.

We CAN NOT accept returns on prescription medication, for any reason.

Important General Shipping Information

Orders weighing over 1 kg (including packaging) or 500 g for international orders, may require adjustments to postage rates when transport costs differ by more than 10% of the charged amounts. If this occurs you will be contacted by a pharmacy professional.

Delivery days do not include weekends and statutory holidays. When you place your order on a weekend or statutory holidays, it will be counted as originating on the following business day.

All orders placed on the weekend and or statutory holiday will be processed on the following business day.

*Please note that estimated delivery times apply only to major urban centres. Delivery times to rural areas will vary.

For Customer Security

Customers placing Orders totalling over $300 may be asked to provide photo identification to match the credit card information. We will send an e-mail requesting a fax or a scan to e-mail of the credit card and matching photo identification. Customers failing to provide this information will have their orders cancelled and refunded, a processing fee will apply.**

Important International Shipping Information

  • Delivery days may not include weekends and statutory holidays.
  • Shipping time does not include any possible delay at your country’s customs.
  • All additional charges and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Where We Ship To

We are able to ship OTC products to all countries. Please select your country during checkout. If you have difficulties please contact us and we will resolve the issue where possible.
